Our staff works hard to create an appointment that best accommodates all of our patients and their scheduled activities. Your appointment is important to us and we want to allow an adequate amount of time for you and all of your needs. We do not overbook any appointments and we make every attempt to be on time for all of our scheduled visits. We believe that appointments begin not just at the time you enter the office, but rather, the minute we block off time for you in the schedule.

We ask that you inform us at least two business days before your next appointment if you need to reschedule. This policy allows us to continue serving our patients punctually and avoid fees for services not rendered due to missed appointments. It is our goal to build a relationship of commitment and trust with our patients and we hope that all of our patients continue to work with us to achieve this goal.

Dental insurance benefits
Our practice works with most major dental insurances plans. As a courtesy, we will gladly assign payments for dental treatment from your insurance company directly to our office. Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer or plan sponsor, and the insurance company. These contracts vary widely; therefore, we will do our best to estimate the portion your insurance company will pay towards your treatment and process any claims needed.

To help maximize your benefits, we will work with your insurance company to estimate the amount they will pay towards your treatment and process any claims needed. For our office to provide this service, we ask that you read and sign our Dental Insurance form. If you plan to take advantage of your insurance benefits for your dental treatment, please make sure you fully understand all terms and conditions of your financial responsibilities.

Note that insurance companies may deny a claim or pay less than the estimated portion. We provide you with as much information as possible; however, we cannot be responsible for knowing the various scenarios in which your insurance company does or does not pay for services.

We cannot guarantee payment from your insurance company and your balance may be different than our estimate. In the event that your insurance company refuses to pay all or a portion of your claim, you are responsible for payment for your dental treatment.

Full payment for service is due on the date of treatment. Our practice offers various payment and financing options to meet our patients’ needs. Please read our payment and financing information to learn about these options.

Returned Check Fee
Our office will charge a fee of $25.00 for any checks returned unpaid.

Oral hygiene & preventative care
We are committed to helping our patients achieve optimal oral health. To do so, we focus on providing the necessary knowledge of preventative hygiene. It is important that you follow up on all your professional cleanings and exams and have a good daily care routine.
