We believe that dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being. Financial consideration should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that our patients have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations and we are willing to provide the following payment options. Before treatment begins, fees, dental insurance benefits, and financial arrangements will discuss with you hot to maximize your benefits.
Payment in full
For patients who make a direct payment in full by cash or check at the start of treatment, we offer a bookkeeping courtesy discount of 5%.

Our practice works with most major dental insurances plans. As a courtesy, we will gladly assign payments for dental treatment from your insurance company directly to our office. Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer or plan sponsor, and the insurance company. These contracts vary widely; therefore, we do our best to estimate the portion your insurance company will pay towards your treatment and process any claims needed.
To help maximize your benefits, we work with your insurance company to estimate the amount they will pay towards your treatment and process any claims needed. For our office to provide this service, we ask that you read and sign our Dental Insurance form. If you plan to take advantage of your insurance benefits for your dental treatment, please make sure you fully understand all terms and conditions of your financial responsibilities.
Note that insurance companies may deny a claim or pay less than the estimated portion. We provide you with as much information as possible; however, we cannot be responsible for knowing the various scenarios in which your insurance company does or does not pay for services.
We cannot guarantee payment from your insurance company and your balance may be different than our estimate. In the event that your insurance company refuses to pay all or a portion of your claim, you are responsible for payment for your dental treatment.
